Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the purposes for which they were provided, based on the user's contracting of the service, as well as for the control of the established contractual relationship and, specifically for:

  • Managing full access and correct use of the services by users, as well as tracking their requests.
  • Managing the processing of services before the entities responsible for issuing the certificates such as Civil Registers, Justices of the Peace Courts, City Councils, managers/administrators of the certification process and the shipping/logistics company for the documentation.
  • Performing invoicing and accounting related to the requests and contracted services.
  • Communicating with users in response to incidents, requests, comments, and questions made through the Services or the contact forms on our website.
  • Communications: We may send you emails, messages, and other types of communication regarding the contracted service, technical issues, and changes thereto. These communications are considered part of the services and you cannot opt out of them.

We will not process your personal data for any unsolicited advertising service, nor will they be transferred to third parties unless strictly necessary for the achievement of the contracted service, nor will they have any other purpose beyond those described above unless required by law or there is a judicial requirement.

Retention period: The personal data provided will be retained and processed while the service provision relationship is maintained, without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your right of erasure, in which case certificadosdenacimiento.com will block your data for as long as your legal obligations persist.

By accepting the Management Conditions, you expressly consent to these transfers. In case of revocation of your consent, we will not be able to continue providing the Services to you.

Rights of the interested parties.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not certificadosdenacimiento.com is processing personal data concerning them. In particular, you can exercise the following rights before certificadosdenacimiento.com:
